Q: What are the minimum terms of contract for a subscription?
A: Subscriptions are renewed monthly. There are no long term contracts.
Q: Can I order online with a credit card?
A: Yes you can order online via a secure server from a link on the registration sign up page. We use Pay Pal because it's safe, fast and easy to use. Pay Pal handles all transactions using the most advanced and secure methods on the internet.
Q: Can I pay with a check?
A: Yes you can pay by check. After you complete the registration sign up form, just send a check for the amount of the subscription. We'll get your subscription started and online as soon as possible. Please see the Contact Us link for the mailing address.
Q: If I send in a personal check, do you wait for it to clear the bank before starting my subscription?
A: No in the interest of providing you and your customers the fastest service we build your subscription as soon as you complete the registration form. Please note that after 30 days, if no payment has been arranged your subscription will be subject to termination.
Q: Do you take money orders?
A: Yes checks or money orders can be sent via U.S. Mail. Please see the Contact Us link for our mailing address. Please make checks and money orders payable to StylistPages.com.
Q: Can I send cash?
A: No it's not recommended, do so at your own risk. It's best to use Pay Pal, check, or money order.
Q: How long will it take to get my subscription online?
A: Once you complete the registration sign up form and select one of the payment options, your listing will be online as soon as it's contents are confirmed and approved. Usually within 24-48 hours.
Q: How do I send in my photos?
A: If you are sending digital photos, you can name them and send them by email to: images@stylistpages.com and we will include them in your listing immediately. Or you can send your photos via U.S. Mail and we will scan them into a digital format and place them on your listing within 24-48 hours after receiving them. By sending pictures to us for use on your subscription you are giving us permission to use them as needed. We will use our "No Photo Available" image until we receive your photos. Sorry photos can not be returned.
Q: What if some of the information on my listing is incorrect?
A: Your listing will include all the information from the registration form at sign up, so be careful when typing your information. But one of the best things about StylistPages.com is you can edit any of this information as often as needed. Just go to the login link on the Home page and use your private login/password to make the changes as you desire. Or if you prefer that we make the changes for you, and we will gladly do so at no additional expense. Just allow us 24-48 hours to make the changes.
